Biking can be one of the most enjoyable ways to get some physical activity. There are many different terrains for all types of biking; these include, mountain biking on wooded trails or heritage roads, road biking along the shoulder of a highway, the streets, or in a designated bike lane, cruising along the beautiful and scenic Confederation Trail and there are even skate parks located across PEI that allow BMX biking. Make sure to follow the rules of the road and always wear a helmet.
