Head over to TCAP on Wednesday mornings for a FREE fun, leisurely swim! Swimming is a great low impact exercise that you can easily do on your own without any instruction and the benefits include but are not limited to: Improves heart health, gentle on the joints, reduces risk of osteoporosis, increases flexibility and improves strength and tone!
