

Circuit Training – St. Mary’s Hall (Souris)

**NOTE: Program is 6 weeks and 12 sessions on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s**
A combination of exercises (cardio and strength) performed in a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Benefits include improved cardiovascular fitness, improved strength, better endurance, flexibility and coordination.
